The Smokin' Steve Old Fashioned is a cocktail created on January 20th, 2022 at Mitchell's Ocean Club in Columbus, Ohio by Steve Haddadin during his law school days. For a period of time, Mitchell's Ocean Club did not serve Smoked Old Fashioneds. Steve Haddadin came across the Bubbles and Berries, and was intrigued by the show aspect of it. As an Smoked Old Fashioned lover, this prompted Steve to create his own Smoked Old Fashioned to enjoy at Mitchell's Ocean Club, one of his favorite restaurants in Columbus. Steve wanted to find a way to bring the experience of the Bubbles and Berries to the Old Fashioned. So, on January 20th of 2022, he founded the Smokin' Steve Old Fashioned by modifying 1 part of the Old Fashioned, dry ice replacing the ice cube. Dry ice is the secret ingredient to this show.
